M&A Manager

Your goal

You are an M&A professional with 3–4 years of experience, ready to move beyond pure execution and develop into an independent dealmaker. At Marktlink, you take on meaningful responsibility from day one and work towards building your own entrepreneurial track within 1–2 years. This ambition is deeply embedded in Marktlink’s DNA.

In this role, you will operate in a small, entrepreneurial team, working directly with the Partner. • Preparing financing applications and solving financing issues

• Taking increasing responsibility in leading transactions and client processes

Your profile

• Master's degree in Finance

• The last 3 to 4 years you have been working as an M&A professional

• Experience in acquiring leads and completing M&A transactions in the Croatian mid-market
