Have you just received your bachelor's degree in HRM or do you have a few years of work experience and do you want to start a career in HR? 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, ambitious, customer-oriented colleague who is not afraid of a challenge. In time, there is also the possibility to grow into HR Advisor or Recruiter.


Marktlink is growing rapidly, with new offices being added both at home and abroad. As a result, our merger and acquisition projects with SME entrepreneurs are becoming increasingly international.

You are responsible for a flawless HR administration, you like to make processes more efficient, contribute ideas and roll up your sleeves to get things done. Your range of tasks will be broad and varied, ranging from drafting letters, agreements, implementing adjustments in policy documents (multiple languages), scheduling interviews and assessments, posting vacancies, monitoring deadlines to producing monthly reports, writing documents for internal communication, collaborating and thinking along in various projects, fleet management, helping colleagues with questions, etc. In short, we are looking for someone who creates a solid basis, together with the team. An organised, enthusiastic multi-tasker who derives satisfaction from achieving success together.

Job requirements

You are enthusiastic, driven, sharp, accurate, you think on your feet and you are eager to get things done. You are solution-oriented and service-minded. In addition, we expect you to bring the following experience and competencies:

  • At least a college degree in HR management
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language, good command of the English language
  • Integrity and open-mindedness
  • You show initiative and are a self-starter
  • You have a positive, flexible and service-minded attitude
