Global Workplace Manager

Your goal

As Global Workplace Manager, you are responsible for shaping and driving the international workplace strategy of Marktlink. In this role you will translate our brand, culture and growth ambitions into inspiring workplaces across Europe, ensuring every office delivers a consistent experience while supporting our people and business.

From defining workplace standards to opening new offices and leading facility innovation, you ensure every Marktlink location delivers a consistent, high-quality experience while continuously improving the way we work. You will be creating the foundation for the next phase of our European growth by establishing standards and policies, while maintaining the flexibility and entrepreneurial elements that shape Marktlink’s unique culture.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and drive Marktlink's international Workplace & Facilities strategy, including workplace standards, HS&E and compliance;

• Translate our brand identity and future ambitions into workplace concepts that strengthen employee experience across Europe;

• Lead international workplace projects, including office openings, relocations, renovations and office optimisations. You do this in a hands on way, being an integral part of the team yourself;

• Oversee facility operations across all Marktlink offices, ensuring quality, consistency and operational excellence;

• Coach and develop the Workplace team, creating an environment where people grow through ownership and collaboration;

• Build strong partnerships with suppliers, strategic partners and internal stakeholders across Europe;

• Drive continuous improvement by optimising workplace processes, systems and ways of working;

• Manage budgets, contracts and performance while balancing strategic priorities with operational excellence;

• Lead and manage the reception team, ensuring a professional, welcoming and consistent front-of-house experience across all offices.

Your profile

You understand the dynamics of the midmarket entrepreneurial environment we operate in and are part of ourselves.

You also bring:

• 10+ years of  experience in Workplace, Facilities or Real Estate Management within an international organisation;

• Experience developing and implementing workplace strategies and passionated about the employee experience;

• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead multiple complex initiatives simultaneously;

• Experience leading and developing teams;

• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills across different levels of an organisation;

• A proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Fluency in Dutch and English.
